At PredictLeads, trust and transparency are foundational to everything we do. We maintain a SOC 2 Type II certification, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of security, availability, and confidentiality.
PredictLeads encrypts data in transit for all customers using industry-standard encrypted protocols. All internal communication occurs within private, isolated networks. Physical servers use full-disk encryption, and removable storage is disabled across the entire fleet.
Every code change triggers automated security checks in our CI/CD pipeline — including static analysis, secrets detection, and dependency vulnerability scanning. Container images are scanned for vulnerabilities before every production deployment, with issues remediated promptly.
All servers are hardened using configuration management automation: remote root access and password-based authentication are disabled, only key-based access is permitted, and firewall rules follow a default-deny policy.
We use a SIEM and XDR solution for continuous security monitoring, intrusion detection, and log management across all production systems. Production deployments are restricted to authorized administrators only.
