When you use our API or access PredictLeads through a third-party AI assistant platform, we collect the structured query parameters you submit (such as company domain names, search filter values, and pagination parameters), your account identifier used to authenticate the request, and metadata about each request and response (timestamps, record counts, error codes). We do not collect or store personal data about the individuals or businesses you look up - our database contains publicly sourced business intelligence only.

PredictLeads follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, PredictLeads uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. PredictLeads offers its data through a public API and through integrations with third-party AI assistant platforms. When you access PredictLeads through such a platform, only the structured query parameters you submit - such as company domain names, search filters (industry, location, employee count), and pagination values - are transmitted to and processed by PredictLeads. We do not receive or store your conversation history with the AI assistant. The structured inputs we receive are subject to the same data practices described in this policy.
When you use the PredictLeads API directly, we collect your account identifier, the parameters of each request (company identifiers, filter values, timestamps), and metadata about the response (record counts, latency). This data is used solely to fulfill your request, enforce rate limits, calculate billing usage, and investigate abuse or errors. We do not collect or store personal data about the individuals or businesses you look up - our database contains publicly sourced business intelligence only.
